Let your mind rest and just day dream/enjoy movement for its own sake. We are hyper stimulated all day during most of our tasks. Let running/walking be your time to unwind and unschedule your brain.


Take time after your run/walk to cool down, stretch, lie on a cold tile floor, and recenter yourself, too. ⬇️
