Recovering or rehabing from an injury? Want to give your body a gentler way to get a great cardio workout? Water running is a great option! In this 90 min package, you will learn safe and effective ways to get a full body workout in the pool complete with a warm up, workout, and cool down routine. You will also get workouts to incorporate into your routine going forward! Lesson takes place in Gainesville in person or can be adapted for Zoom. Available slot time: any day 5-6:30PM, or M,W,Th, F 10-11:30AM. We will email you to schedule a time that is convenient for you!
